Cancellation policy

Flex&Glo subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting support@flexandglo.co.uk.

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active. Flex&Glo reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription offers at any time.
